Hunkerdown Lodge sits on 22 wooded acres overlooking Towne Pond, Buck Hill, and the Doughty Mountains, on a private dirt road just minutes from town in Monson, Maine.

Hunkerdown Lodge offers you a spacious, knotty pine interior with cathedral ceilings throughout the camp that provide an open, rustic ambience. Sit back and enjoy the views of Buck Hill and the Doughty Mountains from an easy chair in the front room.
Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful!
The lodge can accommodate and sleep eight people comfortably.
Amenities:
- Rustic Maine Cabin, built in 1996, with beautiful knotty pine interior.
- Wood stove heating.
- Spring, Summer and Fall allow for running water and indoor toilet, 'ol reliable "the outhouse" is open 24/7 365!!!
- Showers, laundry and food accomodations are available in downtown Monson by our friends at the Lake Shore House.
- No linens or pillows provided so bring what you like.
